METHOD OF WORKING
I work with both large and small customers. Exclusively in MLM and DS industries.
REACTIVITY: In the case of interim appointments, it must be done quickly. The needs are often immediate, but the requirement profile is specific.
REQUIREMENTS: I am careful to have a consensus with the company regarding specific needs and requirements right from the start of the assignment. I obtain this by, in dialogue with the company, developing a requirements profile.
RESULTS: With a focus on speed and quality, I am your interim CEO, or COO or Country MD, regardless of need and time horizon. Through my appointments, I have many examples of the fast results I was able to achieve in the CEO, COO, MD role. As an interim executive I have solid experience of leading positions in MLM and DS businesses.

1. The Human Factor: The Preliminary Interview
A first interview at the headquarters site is considered fundamental to ensure strategic alignment and interpersonal "chemistry" between your management and AFRIEXPERT.
